Lorie Line (born 1958) is a pianist, composer, and performer from Minneapolis, Minnesota, who received her classical training. Line grew up in Reno, Nevada, where he learned to play the piano as a child. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Nevada. Throughout her career, Line has composed and arranged music, as well as produced 39 volumes of sheet music and released 44 CDs on her own independent label. In her live performances, Lorie has delighted tens of thousands of people across the Midwest over the course of 24 years. In 2002, Line was named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the Upper Midwest Region, in the category of Entertainer/Communications, for which he earned the award. Lorie is married to Tim, a business partner with whom she has a son. They are the parents of two grown children.
